your experiencing self does the living, but your remembering self makes the choices - Danny Kahneman

Who I am

and What I do

I am an Asian American social worker who loves to be in conversation with other people of color and culture on issues of identity and cultural reconciliation.  I have dedicated my entire adulthood to creating programs, mentoring and seeking understanding of my adoption and my Korean-American identity.

I specialize in cultivating and supporting top creatives and performing artists in classical music, dance and theater.

I have the privilege of parenting 2 wonderful humans.

What I seek as a therapist and counselor is the opportunity to be in conversation with others who are seekers, curious to comprehend and heal.  I love the expansive idea of seeking where everything is explored - trauma, grief, loss, history, context, discernment; what we eat, how we move and hold our body, how we protect and how we wrestle with our desire for control.
